Mozart 17 version 17.0.1

- Thanks to Keith Long and Tony Caporn for reporting a failure of “auto-dotting”. This is now fixed. [MZ17-2506-AUTODOT]
- Thanks to Tony Caporn for finding that courtesy accidentals were not being shown in parentheses when desired. This is now fixed. [MZ17-2506-PARENTHESES]
- Thanks to Clive Lonhghurst for reporting poblems combining two staves into one. This is now also fixed. [MZ17-2506-STAVESCOMBINE]
- A glitch drawing bar numbers in the neighbourhood of multiple bars rests has now been fixed. [MZ17-2506-BARNUMBER]
- The tutorial file accompanying Mozart 17:the tutorial for Mozart 16 was
inadvertently installed. This was an oversight. This is now replaced by the
tutorial for Mozart 17 which introduces recent developments in the Score and Parts.
[Note: In order to complete the update, it may be necessary to go to "Trouble shooting-Interface" on Mozart's Help tab and update using the "Refresh tutorial files" option.]
